General Information

  1. Who owns FashionSprout? FashionSprout is a family-owned business based in the United States.

  2. Where is FashionSprout located? Our main office is located in El Dorado Hills, CA, and we operate warehouses in Southern California.

  3. Where are your products made? Our products are sourced globally, with some items imported and others made in the USA. Specific information about each product’s origin is provided on its description page.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. How do I return an item? To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@fashionsprout.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

  2. Can I exchange an item? Yes, exchanges are possible. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange for a different size or color.

  3. What items are non-returnable? Items marked as "non-returnable," handmade, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. How long does it take to process a return? Once we receive your returned item, please allow  24hrs for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the return is processed.

Shipping Information

  1. Where do you ship from? All our items ship from our warehouses in Southern California. We do not ship from China.

  2. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping options and rates will be provided at checkout.

  3. What shipping methods are available?

    • We offer:
      • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-10 business days.
      • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days.
    • During checkout, detailed options and rates for both Standard and Express Shipping will be available.
  4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over US$99.00.

  5. What carriers do you use for shipping? We use USPS and UPS for all our shipping needs.

  6. How long does it take for my order to ship? In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days after order processing.

  7. How do I track my order? After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your FashionSprout account.

Order Management

  1. How can I cancel my order? To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@fashionsprout.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it. If it has already been shipped, you may need to return it after delivery.

  2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Product Information

  1. How do I determine my size? Please refer to the sizing chart available on the product detail page to find your perfect fit.

Sales Tax

  1. What is Sales & Use Tax? Sales & Use Tax is applied based on your shipping address within applicable U.S. states and will be calculated at checkout.

  2. How is Sales & Use Tax calculated? Sales Tax is calculated on the total value of your order after discounts and may include shipping charges if taxable in your state.

  3. Will Sales & Use Tax be refunded? In the event of a return, the corresponding sales tax will be refunded to your original payment method or FashionSprout account.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. What are the shipping restrictions?
    • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including specific details such as apartment or suite numbers, to avoid delivery issues.
    • We do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes outside the U.S. Within the U.S., P.O. Box delivery is available with standard shipping only.
    • Delivery to certain remote or island locations, particularly those affiliated with European countries, may not be supported.

Failed Delivery

  1. What happens if my delivery fails?
    • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by customers. Refunds may not be possible in such cases.
    • If you notice any errors in your order details, please contact us immediately at support@fashionsprout.com before your order is shipped.
    • For regions like Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, and other U.S. territories, allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. You may need to pick up your package from a local post office.

Additional Information

  1. What if my package is lost or delayed? If your package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team at support@fashionsprout.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  2. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item? If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a return or replacement.

  3. What should I do if I have not received my package? If you have not received your package after the expected delivery date or have questions about your order, contact our customer service at support@fashionsprout.com within 30 days from the delivery date.

  4. Do you ship from China? No, all our items ship from the USA.
