Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:

  1. Items must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, and include all original tags.
  2. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  3. For damaged items, report immediately upon receipt for a full refund or replacement. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  4. If you receive the wrong size, color, or item, return it for a full refund or replacement.

Exceptions:

  1. Items marked as “non-returnable.”
  2. Handmade or made-to-order products.
  3. Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  4. Orders not received due to external factors beyond FashionSprout's control (e.g., customs issues, natural disasters).

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be processed once the returned items pass a quality inspection.
  2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on FashionSprout's part.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  4. We process refunds within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a FashionSprout error.
  • International return costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
