Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, and include all original tags.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- For damaged items, report immediately upon receipt for a full refund or replacement. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and items.
- If you receive the wrong size, color, or item, return it for a full refund or replacement.
Exceptions:
- Items marked as “non-returnable.”
- Handmade or made-to-order products.
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Orders not received due to external factors beyond FashionSprout's control (e.g., customs issues, natural disasters).
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items pass a quality inspection.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on FashionSprout's part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- We process refunds within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Additional Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a FashionSprout error.
- International return costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
